- We Bought this inverter 2 years ago from. local seller of this company. They fully satisfied us with telling its advantages like, It is very popular brand in market, very good conditioned products, 24× 7 customer service.
But all the thing told to us was just a lie to promote their product.
Finally we decided to buy this inverter and ordered the product to my home address. After 2 days we got the product on home. We all were happy to got new inverter because that time there was very major problem of electrical cuts in summer.
From the day of buying inverter starts giving some problem. Suddenly it starts making noise after 3 months. All the time we were calling to their customer supports and they didn't give any benefit of 2 years warranty. We have to deal with local mechanics at high price and make the inverter in working condition.
Friends I am telling true that please never buy product of such brand because this type of brands have only moto of selling their cheaper type and low quality products and no care of customers after selling their products.
