Contacted subitron for warranty, and came to know they don’t have any service center in Bangalore. Told me to contact any electrician to figure out what is faulty, if the circuit board is faulty then send I need to courier it to Delhi for replacement or if battery is faulty they will send battery bill and I have to get the replacement form EXIDE service center. There are similar product available in Banglore at a cost of 1800/-and they provide good services at well. This is such a worse product. I didn’t satisfied from it. So please don’t buy it.
