Spare me the grind out here.
I made a colossal blunder by entering this joint.
Looked interesting from outside but the looks are very misleading.
A foot long sandwich is a longish bread roll sliced apart and stuffed with fillings of your choice in front of your eyes with grubby plastic gloved hands and feels so messy that by the time its ready I just didnt wanna have it.
And it cost me a shade under 100 bucks ! steep for a sandwich even if it was a foot long and that too vegetarian.
You will shudder when you see the prices for the non-veg ones.
But you have to add here, that the non veg stuffings are really something to write home about. Good variety and really yummy looking - Personally, I didnt go for it after the vegetable experience.
This is one place I dont want to visit again because somehow my first experience didnt quite satiate my appetite for the price I paid for it.
Located on Linking Road one can expect some hep crowd - dunno how long they can sustain the crowds.
Barista just a couple of blocks away still takes the cake and the coffee is steamier and the whiff more enticing.
I think we can expect some other foodies to write in with their experiences and hopefully we shall have a more comprehensive and varied outlook on this joint.
They do take a while to prepare your order and you can get shuffled about and lose your mobile or wallet in the process. So beware and go prepared. I have warned you !
I wont write off this place right away, but my gut feeling says it wont be around for long.
And thats coming from the horses mouth Or rather half horse-half man.
