I am now anti subway after being called an "asshole" (and I’m female), 3 times by a teenage worker at Subway in Rochester, MN’s Walmart South store in front of my children and grandson!
I was told this worker was going to be let go three weeks ago by the manager and now he’s back in the store working. This was all over a free cookie from their monopoly game because he thought he had served me and he hadn’t, I had just entered the store and he kept saying I had to come back at a different time and get the cookie. It took me two days to get a manager to call me back and about 5 messages at different store for these two days.
I wrote to the subway website twice and never received any acknowledge as if I didn’t matter a bit. Well since I don’t matter, I guess my money that they will be losing won’t matter either! I feel sorry for Wal mart as well as this reflects on them also since this particular subway is located inside the store.
