IELTS Preparation

While preparing for IELTS i.e. International English Learning Testing System one should take into consideration these important steps, practice, read, write and listening now how much practice that depends on your english grammar and language, one should be atleast comfortable with basic english to score in IELTS exams.

IELTS has four parts and not three, they are Listening, reading, writing and speaking, and the band scores are as follows:

9 Expert User

8 Very Good User

7 Good User

6 Competent User

5 Modest User

4 Limited User

3 Extremely Limited User

2 Intermittent User

1 Non User

0 Did not attempt the test

now, there is no pass or fail mark, overall Band Scores and Band Scores for Listening and Reading are reported in half bands, Writing and Speaking Band Scores are reported in whole bands, the results are recommended as valid for two years.

Now, IELTS is useful for people who want to go to countries like Australia, UK, Canada, USA, etc...there are two parts 1. Academic-for students who want to go and study further, and 2. General-for general reasons like work, immigration, etc.

In India fees for IELTS is Rs.6, 500, and its mandatory for students who want to pursue

further studies abroad...
