Sugar smudge me not liquid lipstick ( wine and Shine 08 ) goes on every skin tone likewise dusky or bright. It is one of the best liquid lipstick that I have. It is very easy to apply after applying 1 minutes it dry up completely . It’s a very Matte Finish and this colour is very nice when it dries.
It is a very dry lipstick I used to apply any lip balm before applying the lipstick as it is name says it’s not smudge at all stays for a long time so you don’t need to reapply. It stays for a day long. Packaging is nice and this is a transparent body so you can actually see the colour of it from out side of the body and it has 4.5 ml of product.
