This branch being the base of the franchise chain, I thought it’d be fun to visit. At first finding the address was not easy. I had to ask around in order to reach the place.
Seating arrangement
I found seating arrangement not much comfortable. And being base branch, they didn’t invested much on that part. So it may often get crowded and harder to get your way out of it. Don’t expect much ambience and calm surrounding in this branch. Especially during the day time, you’d find it harder to even get place for two. At night the crowd however reduces in size and then it’s not that bad.
Taste
I like the way mastani tasted here. There was a lot of difference between this branch and the franchise chain. In franchise chain you’d find that it’s basically mango shake with ice cream dipped in it. However in base branch I found that the mango shake has the almond, cashew added to the shake. So there was a lot difference in the mastani found anywhere else. For the rest of the other flavors of mastani, you’d not find much difference.
Price
As far as price is concerned, I don’t think it was worth the money though. Because what we have tasted is just a mango shake with ice cream. I don’t think it’d cost above 50 Rs. But yes, considering the expensive city and the hiked prices for some of the known brands. I guess this price is justified.
Experience
If we ignore the seating arrangement and the price tag, I’d say rest of the experience was really good. And overall a place worth visiting. I’d recommend anyone to check out once. Though for this price tag, you’re better off making this at home than spending money there.
