I purchased this unit on 2014/04/14 and this unit have 2 year warranty for the complete unit and 7 year warranty for the transformer.
In 2014 October the unit was not working. when I given the complaint, the service person attended the complaint, he open the device with screw driver handle he beaten the relays in the pcb, the the unit was start working.
Next year near about August the unit was getting over heated and there was scrappy noise from the cooling fan. But due to some personal emergency not able to give the complaint immediately. but on November 2015 given the complaint and the service person attended the call and said he dont have the fan right now with him, give a complaint again for this after some time. Those times I was not using the unit so I kept quite.
Then on march 2016 onward facing all these problems.
1) 2016/03/12 and the complaint number 16033962531 and on 2016/03/15 got a sms saying my complaint resolved.
2) 2016/03/21 - 16033975191 - for this complaint I got a call on 25th March from a service person and he said he will come on 26th March in between 11AM and 2 PM. Then on 26th even after 4PM there was no response form service person then I called him, he start shouting to me, he had some person work, then I asked him why cant you to inform me early. then start saying some non sense in Hindi language in between he called me I am a mad person. For this all I given a complaint to your customer care Mr Pawan was attended my call, he said he will arrange a call back within an hour also committed to me he will initiate the misbehave issue to the high authority and will back with necessary action will take. As I am also an employee and in a week I was getting a day off which he spoiled fully.
On 27th March, a service person attended my complaint, but he is not known person to open the device properly, he somehow put screw driver in between cover and open. same time some parts of the body broken, all screw holes where broken, then he removed the fan from the unit and ask me to provide oil, he applied oil after removing the sticker from the fan and pore oil on brush less fan. then he connected to the device, still it was not working then he beaten the device and start slowly working. For such repair I asked him to replace the fan, then he said, similar type fans are not available in the company and he prepared the job sheet. I mentioned all the stories happened at the time of repair and very clearly mentioned I need a replacement for the fan.
And this complaint was marked as resolved on 28th march. Without resolving the issue and the complaint marked as resolved, for this when I given a complaint with Mr Pawan on customer care. He committed with me saying, "will give an extended warranty of 6 month from the replacement of the cooling fan" and for this he raised complaint and the complaint number is 16033982236.
3) 2016/03/28 - 16033982236 - when I enquirer customer care on second of April, I come to know that the complaint rejected due to the un availability of the fan. And the complaint rejection was not informed me, through sms or even call to0. Same time I asked them to re open the complaint.
4) 2016/04/02 - 17043990131 for this complaint also rejected due to the un availability.
5) 2016/04/08 - 17043998223 and this complaint where attended on 16th April, The service person who carry a fan which is triple size more than the existing fan in the unit. he try to put the fan down of the pcb that wont cool the heat sink, so I deny him to put the fan over there. Then he remove the existing fan and remove the clip / connector from the fan wire and directly connected to the 80AH battery and shown me the fan is working. He put the fan back and on the device which he come to know the fan was not working. then he beaten the unit with screw driver handle and start working. He told me the fan is working he start preparing the job sheet, I told him, I wont sign until and unless the fan get replaced. Then he said the fan is working fine the problem with your pcb. I will carry the device and check from there service center, for this he deny to give the letter that he is carrying the device. So I wont allow him to take the device to service center. Within 2 min I got sms saying the service complaint was resolved. Very next day the device was worked for 2 hr and its too hot, same time I called the service person who attended previous day and asked him to check. That time he said, "now your unit is out of warranty if you need the service you have to pay, I know the fan and the pcb where not working properly" For replacement of those thing I have to pay Rs 2000.
For these all information mailed to the sukam customer care, gurgaon service manager. Still these days no response from them.
6) 2016/04/18 - 17044012800 is my regarding all those issue then one lady, she not even ready to tell her name says if I need service I have to pay 150 as service charges then spare parts I have to pay extra. When I ask her to re open my previous complaint those are not resolved. She is not ready to listen.
This is my experience after purchasing the sukam product.
