Sukh Sagar koramangala initially started off as a restaurant near JNC(Jyothi Nivas College). The restaurant is now on the 100 ft Road leading to water tank and the inner ring road.
The restaurant would be coming on your left while coming from water tank, after BDA complex.
The restaurant would be coming on your right while coming from inner ring road, after Canara Bank and e-zone.
The food is good and this restaurant has a good array of ice creams.
You get different varieties of food like:
A) South Indian:
1) Dosa
2) Idli vada, etc
B) North Indian
1) All north indian rotis
2) All north indian curries
3) Pav Bhaji
C) Chats
My personal favourites for north indian food:
1) Starters -> Gobi Manchurian, Veg Spring roll
2) Bread -> Kulcha, butter naan
3) Curry -> Paneer Butter Masala, Kaju mutter
We love the hot chocolate fudge that they make(costs Rs 68), and is made by:
1) Adding a scoop of vanilla icecream
2) Adding cashew nuts(yes cashew nuts no peanuts!)
3) Adding hot chocolate
4) Repeat 1-3 thrice
Delicious(!)
The south indian and north indian meals are good. For around 30 and 45 Rs respectively, you ould enjoy a good plate meals.
The place can get a little crowded on weekends. However, if you want some place quiet then we can go to the AC room in the first floor.
The price is a little bit higher than what we used to get for at old sukh sagar, but is around the same for the restaurants at koramangala.
They do have continental, but we have never tried it, so if you do drop me a comment with your inputs on the same. Service is good, but can become a bit delayed if there is a lot of rush.
