The lenovo laptops India is defrauding and cheating innocent people whom first it lures for buying its products by making false claims about the goodness of these products and thereafter leave them to suffer by not providing perfect service on the same even during warranty period.
It also does not honour its 2 years extended warranty which it provides on charging additional amount. I purchased Lenovo’s laptop from its dealer M/s. SSDN Techsolutions G -1E Madhuban Building 55, Nehru place, New Delhi -110019 vide their invoice No. MB 3139/2015-16 dt 9.7.2015 for Rs. 24, 990/-. The laptop had 1year normal warrranty
Soon thereafter I paid for 2 years extended warranty and the Lenovo provided me the same vide its e-mail dated 17.8.2015. It also covered all the components installed in the laptop. The laptop had not been providing good service and it totally stopped working in April, 2016. I took it to the service center of the company in Noida which did not set it .
They made it necessary for me to repeatedly visit them as they had been temporarily repairing it and making me to visit them again with the same problem the next day. The laptop appears to requiring its major parts which the service center is not doing due to policy of lenovo I sent legal notice to the lenovo company in response whereof their one Mr. Markenday sent me email dt. 14.6.2016 offering to change some parts of the defective laptop with 3 months’ warranty only as against the 3 years’ warranty applicable on the same. This shows as to how Lenovo India defrauds and cheat people.
It has charged me money also for 2 years extended warranty but is refusing to cover the laptop under the same and I am going to file civil and criminal cases against it for the same. People may think before buying lenovo’s products as all of them may not be in a position to sue it on becoming victims of its similar fraud and cheating.
