Sulekha is not selling genuine products

I placed a order 27694. CRM:024134?7.At the time of deliver I have not received Bill.

Sulekha Agents Dilip Kumar and Imran K are not responding and From last 2 months I am requesting for my bill. I need solution as early as possible.

Now I am facing an issue with Samsung mobile what I had purchased from sulekha.com.For getting free service I have to show the bill in service center.Please provide my bill details ASAP.
