I bought samsung galaxy ace on 3rd jan from deals.sulekha.
Until 10th january there was no status update on their website in my account. So I called them up and asked for the same. Surprisingly the guy told me that they are having trouble with stocks and it’ll be dispatched soon enough.
On 13th, because of no updates, I again called up their CC and shockingly this guy told me that we might refund your money because of stock issues. I argued that YOU guys are still selling the same product on your website, how is that a stock issue? With 15-20mins of arguments, going no where, I disconnected the call in frustration.
Then on 13th itself I again called up at evening and this time they gave me a AWB no. and told me it has been dispatched. I was so much satisfied and thought better be late than never.
Now on 17th, when I saw the status update on Aramex courier it says the product has been delivered in Delhi, whereas my address is Haryana. :X:X:X:X I called up aramex and they told me that you must have been provided with wrong AWB no. and kindly recheck.
Clearly these guys gave me a fake AWB no. to buy some time. And today again when I called they said your complain has been registered, it’ll take 72 hours for processing!
SUCH A DAMN STUPID CC AND WORST SERVICE!:(
P.S.: I know their pricing is comparatively less. I know they delivered the product of many in 10-15 days. But whats happening with me is really pathetic on their part. Their CC service literally sucks! They told me twice that their manager will be calling me by evening but all in vain!
My rating: POOR! Don’t just go by price, peace of mind is greatest price u’ll pay!
