Not delivering product in time.

I had ordered Micromax a52 mobile from sulekha.com on 6th Aug but till now they have not yet delivered the mobile. I really hate this waiting. I have contacted them via E-mail but they are telling to wait for 24 hours and they have mailed me like this for more than 4 days.
