I bought Nikon 3200 (SUL4853534851) from Sulekha.com and I was delighted to receive my packet before the committed timeline however when I opened the packet the free bag with the camera had rust on the metal parts...I have already sent 2 email reminders and tried calling them several times...email no response and there call center is the worst I have ever experienced. I think they have more complaints and less staff to handle them.
I am 100% sure that I am going to ask for refund however word of caution for users...please don’t expect world class service from them and don’t compare them with world class players like amazon or ebay.
