Since I’ve emailed you for more than 10 times, I’m literally Frustrated while writing u this email for 1 more time..


Frustrated just bcoz I can do other things also to get my refund for recharge not done, but i’m trying to be Sober upon u..


1) My mobile no. 9405437323 recharged on 17 jan 2013 at around 6.30 pm i.e in evening.. Money debited bt recharge not done.. For the 10th time when I call on 4 Feb 2013 there was   an Immensely Talented CC (Named VASU) told me that "Sir, We are Sorry for the inconvenience but we are unable to check ur email status at our end, Just give Time till 2mrw morning up to 1 pm, I will solve ur problem by myself and will CALL u on your mobile. "


I think d reason behind I didnt got any call/email is ur computers hanged for more than 24 hrs or that Vasu Person must lost his watch or he must gone Underground (cant called dead bcoz it needs 7 yrs unnoticed)..


Now this is not the end........


2) Today I recharge on my mobile 9423471114 BSNL at 6.50 pm with rs 109, this recharge also failed...


I think Sulekha/u should directly ask for Charity rather than advertising itself as Best Recharge service at one stop...HeHe..
