I had purchased of a Micromax A52 (Jet Black) mobile from deals.sulekha.com. The price that they offer is way too attractive to ignore.I had Placed the order on 5 August 2012(Sunday) and got the product on 12 August 2012(Friday).The product was delivered well packed and well within time.The main reason behind, me writing this review is that there are a lot of negative reviews about deals.sulekha.com
After reading the reviews I was worried if the item would be shipped on time.But I was surprised by the delivery, which was very professional. I am an avid online shopper and I have bought stuff from many online shops.We have to understand that online shopping comes with great benefits but some small disadvantages too. I’ve bad experience with a famous online shop starts with "F".The issue got resolved only through patient follow up. I am not blaming them as they offer great service too.
So guys, deals.sulekha.com is a new kid on the block(just from online store point of view).They are doing a good job. I had a positive experience with them and I don’t work for them.
