Hi This is Akhil , I ordered a Micromax A110 Superfone Canvas 2 on 31st Dec, 2012 , order no. is 359221 , expected shipping date is 05-Jan-2013. Now, today I confirmed with customer care whether it shipped or not, they idiots are saying it will ship on 09th Jan 2013 due to stock issue . Any one ask him what ’’ Stock Issue ’’ means, You are taking order from customer that means the particular item is available in your godowns or with suppliers. They(Senior Executive ) simply saying , vendor has no stock , due to this we cant ship it on expected date .
Idiots , when you have stock issues then why you are taking orders from customers and making them fool. That means you also dont have proper contracts and collaborations with your vendors also.
