Sumtotal systems (HYD) is a good company and mostly relys on quarterly results. one quater there will be celebration of good revenue and another there will be recession of bad revenue. not a stable situation.
and work culture and worklife balance used to be good till 2009 , but not now....
salary wise in market its avg and for its above avg, work is regular asp and .net (not complex)...
to pass interview just concentrate on SQL , if testing it should different testing options I believe.SQL is most imp and also good debugging skills ar required.
recommended to join but not for staying long time , since no one knows when there turn will come up..
