I have had very bad experience with Sumo Technologies in Koramangala. I rented out a few systems from them, and in the end I was wondering what the hell I was thinking when I rented them out. The staff is very very rude and their Managing Director is a thug who knows only how to collect money and not an iota of how to provide service. If you debate with their service they bring 10 goons and sit in your office till you pay the rent despite the fact that their equipment supplied are no where near the specifications required.
They are nothing but thugs, who look at ways of extracting money from you rather than concentrating on doing business. My recommendation, don’t ever make the mistake of stepping into their office. Its like walking into a death trap. You would think twice about whether you would come out alive from there.
Don’t make the mistake of calling them for services. That would be the end of peaceful nights for you.
