Poor service

I will come to the matter. On 7th of October I contacted their customer service and given a complaint that some of the channels is not working and I wanted to upgrade my DTH service, since the message is showing that their technicians will come and do the up-gradation work free of cost.


They assured that the same will done within three days of time. But nothing happened and I again contacted on 22nd October and enquired about the same. But got the reply that your complaint is not registered.


I don’t know, what their customer service fool people done with my complaint. They had given a fresh complaint number and assured that the same will done within three days.


(Please note that during this period I contacted 5 times and got the response from customer service that, we are unable to take your complaint due to some internal technical issues, please call after 10 minutes. Wonderful!).


Again I contacted on 27th October and I got the response that, you will get a call within an hour time. But as usual nothing happened. Again I contacted on 28th October in the morning and they had given a fresh complaint Number. I don’t know what I can do within this complaint numbers.


They are having two great Nodal officers for the customer in Tamil Nadu. From 27th, 28th and 29th October I tried to contact them.


No use. No one picking up the telephone. May be for name sake they put some dummy number or name as nodal officers.
