COMPLAINED

This is also a very painful experience as they are not handling the customer’s calls professionally. I would suggest no one to get into this problem


I had written to the customer support and the nodal officer. they had written a mail to me but they are not able to solve the issue. Every one month the customer has to call the call centre to renew the acdd on channels. how is it possible when the phone line never connects


I do not know why sun direct is advertising for new connections when they are not nable to service the existing customers
