In one word, they are cheaters and their customer service is pathetic. Their service is disturbed since July 2010 and we have called 40 times to their customer service...till date problem is not solved...they have promised their customer about validity enhancement due to satellite problem but nothing has been added to validity.
If they can get back their junk box by refunding money, i’m ready to do so....my subscription no is 41123989232.

INSTEAD OF SUN TV GO FOR TATA SKY OR BIG TV..THEY ARE VERY GENUINE.
