Once you installed, that means you are in trouble. You should be prepared to argue with them, you should have mobile balance to call the people.The Dish always needs to realignment.. after few months, again, have to realignment... again... again.. You cant do it your self. Have to call them. They will not come, they wont respond.
I have given more than 10 complaints for dish realignment. I have been calling distributors and also customer care. Both will take complaints on each call, but no one will try to solve the issue. Very poor
service.
