It is 7th day already.. No resolution yet. Is the company sleeping??? I have paid through their website 7 days back bit it is not reflecting in the transactions. The call center folks does not have the basic etiquette to talk to customers. They are totally useless. They logged a case and gave me a number 36 hours back. That agent said that I have to wait for 48 hours until it get solved.
Can anything be stupid than this? When I have emailed nodalkar@sundirect.in on this issue, I got a reply that they will look into. Moral of the story:: Eradicate Sundirect DTH from this nation. Ill do my part to defame this company. Dear readers, pls do your part too..
