I have bought a sundirect dish from MANJUNATHA Enterprises in JP Nagar 7th Phase, on the Kothanur Dinne main Road. For a couple of months everything was fine. Trouble started when I tried adding a few channels. After paying the subscription amount the channels weren’t activated for more than a month. I kept calling the customer care and the dealer and both would come with various reasons.
Then there were messages that they had some problems with the satellite and that all problems would be sorted out once they shift to a new satellite. the dealer was supposed to come and change some settings. This again took repeated calls and visits to the dealer (who had his shop right across the road !!).
Now I’m facing some problems again and the dealer simply refuses to even visit and inspect!! He is rude and says he can’t keep coming every time we have a problem. (this, after visiting about twice in one year). He even asked 250 Rs. as service charges. Complaints to Customer care is of no use and no body has turned up even after a week and I’m unable to watch any channel in spite of the lousy dealer sitting right across the road...
