Honestly - I am a very very disappointed customer of SUN Direct DTH service. When you take a dth service, what should be the most important thing that you should be able to have in it? Should it be recharging? Before you take the sun direct service, just try a demo of how to do a recharge thinking that you have already bought the system.
First thing - You have to buy the recharge coupon from a outlet
Try the customer helpline number - 39407575 prefixed with your city std code. You will most probably hear an engaged tone. This engaged tone will continue whenever you call unless you call the number repeatedly for 15-30 minutes.
The Sun direct website gives you other options to recharge - even to buy recharge online - but if you click the link - it will say - http error - service unavailable -- come on this is crazzzzzzy.. doubtful:)? - try this link - https://sundirect.in/how-to-recharge.php
I tried oxicash - it works for other providers except for sun:) I tried online recharge - this by the way recharging online if you have bought a coupon somehow -but this option will mock at you again by saying service unavaible - http error - try doing this just for a demo - you will see for yourself - I have been seeing this error for atleast 3 months:)- wow what a service
Now if you think that all this comes because it is cheap - think again - since if you want to watch english, hindi and regional channels - you will have to buy Rs.330+ worth jumbo package which makes the total cost as 410+ for which you will get from any other provider too..
