I am a poor victim of SUN DIRECT being a native of Tamil Nadu , I chose SUN for Regional Channels.After few months now I realise what a blunder it was.
When I shifted from home town to Chennai., I got problem with signals..then my nightmare with SUN DIRECT started.They told with in 24-48 hrs their technicians come and rectify that one..but believe me after 15 days no responce from SUN irrespective of my several calls..A guy called BALAJI from SUN told no time frame for them to rectify.I amazed to whom I am calling..BSNL? or am I in 1960 ?
This is the service of SUNDIRECT .and my complaint no..is SUN 197359.They gave lot of local distrubutors no like..04432501809, 04272445369, 9944431212, 9150003555..believe me no one took the phone and I understood SUNDIRECT simply cheating its customers all together..believe me never... ever...take SUNDIRECT in your life..it is worst service provider in DTH platform..never..tempted with that big fat boy claims of Cheap rates they are giving cheap rates because they are giving worst services to customers
