Sun Direct- Worlds #1 cheater yet and improving themselves to cheat customers with new technology HD Channel packages very, poor customer care(actually they don’t care).
Sun direct is totally cheating the customers. They are know for their name and with that fame they are cheating the people. In fact in Sun Direct only Sun Tv is common.
Add-ons are really not add-on to channel package list but it is an additional add-on headache to the people. I had a worst experience on this add-on’s.
I subscribed for an add-on(I don’t remember the name of the add-on) but it is a 5 or 6 channel pack after subscribing to it I got only 4 channels I was not getting the 1 or 2 channels for which is the main reason I’ve subscribed.
Nearly I’ve spend 2 days with poor customer care and spent nearly double the add-on package amount. For the 2 days my mood was totally spoiled.
I don’t want to waste my energy and time on commenting them, simply mention Sun Direct as "BULLS WASTE".
