Worst Customer Service

I have 2 connections one at home and one at my form house, I have purchased annually for my home and I recharge every 3 months for my farm house, but after recent changes from TROI, I have been trying to reach them on customer care number from last one week, I am not able to reach them yet, just frustrated cos of service as they have removed many channels without notice..
