Sun Direct services have become a big harassment to the customers. Since 12th October I have been complaining about the non availability of number of channels. initially at least complaint numbers were given but of late even they refuse to give that. Also tone of talk has become rude. asked for the technician but the answer was " he will come" when? "No answer" - God alone knows.
Then My attempt was to complain through the web site, but again no replay.
My latest attempt was to contact the authorized dealer in Janak Puri, New DELHI, He doesnt even pick up the phone.
My simple request is that could the mismanagement team post an apology to the customers and bind up your so called service.
