No value for the money, poor service.

I’ve renewed my account with 300 Rs. Coupon by 11th of March, I’ve taken an add-on pack for Rs.70 with the basic tamil package, overall 145 Rs./month, and we had some previous balance also.


Now before the expiry of the subscription date, the connection got terminated by 6th may, and in the screen of paid channels its showing input smart card, but the free channels are coming, when we have called the nodal officer and also the call centre, nobody is picking up the phone. We want the reason for the things happened and also we want the reimbursement of the days ellapsed in between


Above all nobody is picking up the phone in the call centre, this is happening continuously. If they are not able to provide the service, then they should get back the Set Top Box and reimburse the money, what we paid. If nobody is taking response, then what will be the point there to continue with the service.
