DO NOT GET TRAPPED BY SUN DIRECT DTH SERVICE ADs

I am an unfortunate customer of Sundirect. I enrolled after seeing the advertisements regarding the DTH service. (Like coverage of south Indian channels, Not hearing properly the low  service charges and calling the telephone technician etc)  After my enrollment , recently they started advertising that they are going to change satellites and customers have to register for adjustment of Dish etc. which I did on 24/11/2010 in call centre number. So far nobody from Sundirect has called  me and I am not getting channels properly.


1) at the time of enrollment I had given my full "horoscope" to them and I wonder how they are asking us to register for adjusting antennae.


2) Nobody from sundirect has the courtesy to inform when can the customer expect the service after registering with them


3) The dealer through whom the connection has been taken does not respond now(may be because of the attitude of the Sundirect)


Hence if you do not want to be stuck with an inefficient after sales service, do not go for Sundirect


Here nobody is responsible even though we have prepaid the charges to them. This is a fit case to be taken up with Consumer forum which I am contemplating. If Sundirect can take back their dish and set top box at half rate I am willing to surrender so that I can go for a good service provider
