I bought Sun direct DTH long ago, just because of more Malayalam channels. For the past 6 months I am not getting proper channels. They provide a toll free number which they never connect, but if we call on toll free number they connect (it charges about 20-30 rs).
I raised a complaint that am not receiving channels properly and for the past 6 months they claim they are upgrading some thing.
THEY HAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
