My sad strory, with sundirect

I bought the sundirect connection in the month of march 2011. Everything is fine until they collect the amount from you, everything is dam fast but after that just pray to god that no issue should come , such bad is their customer care service... I have faced the following issues


>> they add-on package logic is idiotic. suppose your add on channel is valid till 13 of a month u wont b able to add it before 13th it doesnt gv d option of  adding the add on and extending d days 30+advance days


>>I had activated HBO on 14 th and star movies on 12 th on August and they dey have started dis eng movie mega which gives 4 eng movie channels (HBO, STAR, SONY, ZEE) , so I activated the eng movie mega pack on 12 th of september and I didnt get HBO on from 14 Th? Yes same stupid logic. Since my HBO is valid till 14th it didn’t count in my mega pack... hw idiotic?


>> Then finally comes the signal issue , when I faced no signal issue I called d customer care and they said within 24 hrs technician will come and 24*20 hrs passed nobody turned up.


Each time I call customer care there comes the voice "WELCOME TO SUNDIRECT INDIAS MOST PREFFERED  DTH SERVICE" (GOD ONLY KNOWS  WHO ARE PREFERRING)


PLS AVOID THIS SERVICE PROVIDER THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS DEY DONT HAVE ANY SLA’S, OR COMMITMENTS OR CONTROL OVER THEIR DISTRIBUTORS AND TECHNICIANS
