Dear other customer those who are eager to purchase sundirect dish, please please don’t. Once they install and go and after words they won’t any problems when we call them. For one year free service, they won’t attend the repair which you say. They just pass away the time and after 1 year, they ask for service charge to attend the problem.
I purchased the the sun direct dish 21/2 years past. Till now no one has come to attend the problem raised 6 months back. When I say for complain, call up say, for dish problem 150 rupees and for set of box 250 rupees charge as a menu card in hotel. But they ask us to take the box and to come to service station. It will be around 20 kms from our place. I won’t have time and till not channels are not proper in vision.
Please think before you purchase, this is one time service they do. After words they charge for everything and mostly they wont come in proper time. I am planning to disconnect the connection. But I will be loosing 2500 rupees for connection. That’s way I am keeping mum. Think before you purchase.
