We are not able to view 70% of channels from past two months, I raised several complaints to sun direct customer care service thru phone and email every time they will give new complaint number but the problem is not resolved till now.
Another horrible experience is karnataka nodal officer never picks the phone or do not respond to emails. Most of the customer care numbers mentioned in sundirect website are not working and updated numbers.I am thinking of moving to other dth service provider now.
