Agents do not know to care the customer, they simply disconnect the call after keeping the customer on hold when they dont have an answer to our questions. Dealers are fit for nothing, only know to shout back at customers as if customers have done some mistake.
Once I got the number of a technician from a customer care agent and I thought, this is it, am gonna have my issue fixed.
But every time I call him, he says, call me after an hour, cal me after 2 hours. I kept calling this way for 3 days and totally lost hope. The last thing I tried was sending mail to the Nodal officer. He too has one common template to reply to customers mails.
"We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, you issue will be taken care at the earliest." I got the same reply every time I send mails to him. Sun direct is nothing but waste your money by activating it and calling customer care, dealers etc.
