I placed an order for Sun Direct for 6 months ago, till now, its direction is need to be changed for 2 times & give rs 200 each times to the services. It is the worst.
The dealers do not give any free services. I cannot contact the customer care till now, the customers are fools, sun cheating repeatedly us, any query, claim.
I cannot contact and did not get any solution. Not a simple method of re-charging the account.
