Poor PR

I have had SUN Direct for 3 months now. had paid for one add on channel Sahara One for three months but the add on channel was stopped after two months. Any query to the helpline no is not helpful since they keep on repeating ’Sorry for the inconvenience Mr so and so but your problem will be attended to within 36 hours’.


It is always a parrotlike repetition all the time! Now I have paid cash to a dealer for recharge for 6 months and when I enquire the ans is ’The system doesnt show’ Is there a way to tackle this menace thro consumer courts? PK Ramaswmy Chennai
