I have a sundirect connection in bangalore for 9 months now. Since then, it has had major signal problems 4 times, and several times my subscribed channels have gone off air despite adequate account balance. My dealer who services the connection has changed his phone number, possibly due to customer complaints, and his number is not available even with sundirect customer care.
I havent been having any signals for past 5 days and have lodged 2 complaints, but there has been no action so far. I think its time to take this service provider to court and stay his right to provide dth service till they compensate for their poor service and have better service in place. All disgruntled customers should join together and initiate legal proceedings pressing for damages from breach of contract.
