I paid about Rs.8000 in June 2010 for a whole years service of SUN-HD. It worked for only a few weeks. Just before the World Cup foot ball the service went dead. They blamed it on a Satellite. I was patient.
I am in Jan 2011 now and I still have a problem with HD Channels. No reception, no program schedule, pathetic response from customer care are only a few of a plethora of many horrible things that can be said about Sun HD.
Some where along the way they promised me that they would extend the subscription since there was a disruption in service for over 6 months. When I called back they wanted to know on what grounds I wanted an extension of subscription. Their HD service will not work.
Call them and they will tell you there is a technical problem that will be sorted out soon. I have faced very bad service in several industries.
I have been so pissed off with so many companies. But I must tell you that Sun Direct HD is the Mother of terrible service. NO PERSON WITH COMMON SENSE WOULD WANT TO BUY THIS SERVICE.
I am not exaggerating. Please stay away no matter what. You will never know how much of trouble I saved you.
