I have been a customer of this center for 2 years. I bought a Chevy Optra magnum and while the car is fine (if it works well) I am continually amazed by the complete lack of integrity, professionalism and ethics displayed by the Sundaram folks.
for example, I gave a list of issues for my third service, (which by the way consisted of issues I have been trying to fix since the first service). One of them was my ac had stopped working. They said that it needs a part that was out of stock. Its been 5 weeks and despite reminders and a receptionist who always promises a call back, never does.
Its a different thing that I got a local mech to fix the issue which was very minor and did not need a part. If you are stupid enough to buy from them then please check your car carefully before taking delivery. This is another issue that you see there
However the fundamental problem lies with General Motors, They don’t have another dealer in bangalore so basically GM is going bust, Sundaram does not care and there are a bunch of idiots like me who buy GM cars! The best part is that 2 years back I came to Mouthshut and read bad reviews about Sunderam. Well I thought that it was unfair and mainly because I liked the car, I became a customer. I have been trying to move out but to no avail
