The experience with Sundaram motors / GM - Chevy Dealer has been very painful.
After confirmation that the car(Chevy Spark) was available and paying the full amount, Sundaram first encashed the cheque and two days later cameback saying the car was not available and I would need to pay an extra 7800/- for a different colour of the interior or wait indefinitely loosing interest on the full amound paid every day.
This was unprofessionalism and unethical. Be aware of the fact that price decided initially is not adhered to by them and start making excess demands. Effectively the discount offered initially at the time of payment (sealing of the deal) has been negated.
On the day the full payment was done all promises were made, including delivery and availability. However even a full payment did not ensure that they gave the car at the promised price.
In the end it was more of a blackmail as already the arrangement of money has cost me in terms of interest lost. In The End The Experience Was So Miserable that the special moment of owning a great new car is totally spoilt by the dealer and the moment can never be got back. One Could Try Kropex Motors To See If They Are Better.
