Their service quality is extremely poor.
I had been patiently waiting and kept on mailing them for details about my order, however invariably they would not reply to mails promptly and would come up with lame excuses for extention of delivery date.
Their 5-8 weeks timeline for delivery has now become 12 weeks and still no sign of delivery happening anytime soon.
Everytime it’s me calling or mailing them. They would never reach out to customers themselves with details.
My next step is to reach out to consumer court as they have stopped responding to my mails and their telephone assistance is pathetic.
Guys, please beware! Buy from them only if you are ready to give them your hard earned money in advance just so that they first sit on it and earn decent amount of interest income and then maybe deliver the product if they feel like.
Worst service ever!
