I don’t know why so many bad reviews. I have a fan installed in 2013. It had a problem but customer care sent me another fan IMMEDIATELY. I’ve not had any problems since. I came across the reviews when I was trying to buy another Superfan, because I am happy with the product - I bought online last time from the company, but thought I would buy locally now since it is more popular now and stores also seem to know the brand.
