I have ordered Dawat Basmati Rice 5 kg on the 25-Oct-21 at night order id: IDS20Fw7a3HeSr that will be delivered on 27-Oct-21 for checking the service and building trust and applied coupon "Fiftyoff". Today afternoon I got the call from 02268258542 regarding the address confirmation and the person assured me to deliver the product between 5 AM to 7 AM in the morning. After that, I received the whats up message your order has been cancelled due to operational issues.
Kindly tell me the customer is a fool or your esteemed company is making fool customers. If your team have operational issues then why has he called me to confirm the address and assure me? & why has he called me for asking about the cancellation? That will impact my thinking about your esteemed company.
When I called customer service, one madam told me to again place the order with the full amount and will give you the cashback of Rs. 150/- that means I am begging for Rs.150/-. I told her to send the order to refund my 157/- rupees in my credit card account.
