I booked fruits and grocery items. It was prepaid order and I paid online. Later they auto cancelled my orders several times. I tried to contact customer service chat but they took more than hour to reply. After that my pin code was showing as no delivery zone. I escalated it further and later they said will refund me the money. Actually the problem is with their management and they do not know how to run a business. They first take money and later realize that they cannot deliver in that area.
