I take the pain of writing reviews for’companies/establishments’ which doesn’t deliver to customers. I should write something good about places I felt were ’value for money’.We had a small ceremony planned in May. We researched some restaurants in near by locality of amberpet, habsiguda, vidhyanagar, and finally zeroed on this one.
One of their manager frankly said ’we charge little extra compared to our competitors, but I assure that u can concentrate completely on ceremony, u will get good food on time, and u will also get compliments’. I am very happy he delivered itOur relatives called us, to compliment us on the food quality.
We received compliments for both Veg and Non-Veg dishes.
1 Area for improvement is, Stage decoration cannot be assigned to outside people, it has to be done by a person affiliated to Surabhi. First, he has attitude, which doesn’t suit in customer driven market, Decoration was not ready until last minute, some places were not decorated, for which our family members covered it up at last minute. If not decorated, photos/videos would have been incomplete.
