I redeemed 16, 000 Payback points to get a gold and diamond pendant from the Payback offers of Surat Diamond. The product arrived in good condition and with a guarantee card stating that it is 18K gold. However, when I took it out to use around one month later it was completely tarnished, thereby indicating that it is not gold at all.
It is worse than any roadside trash I could have bought for 20 rupees. I have written to Payback and will post my negative feedback about Surat Diamond everywhere possible so that other hapless consumers don’t suffer the same fate.
