I am a bulk buyer who buys on behalf of various small sme or corporate office at Tier 2 or 3 cities. I have been buying from surpluss since last 2 years. They started with giving good quality refurbished product with proper warranty but lost the track as we started getting lot of chinese product with no warranty and substandard accessories. Recently one of their employee told me that management has changed and they have brought good products.
I ordered 2 lots, one of motorola mobiles and other of computer mouse. Got them at good price and client is also very happy with quality.
Nice to see them that they are back in senses and stopped doing cheating with customers.
